Marc Goldenberg

Marc is one of the Principals of Aspen Insurance Agency. Throughout his career, Marc's goal has always been to provide personalized and comprehensive planning for his clients. Marc attended the University of Denver where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree. Marc has been in the insurance and finance industry for more than seven years and specializes in helping his clients accumulate and protect wealth, while being able to maintain their preferred standard of living in all stages of life. Marc's expertise includes insurance analysis, financial security and protection, and business consulting. Marc upholds a strong commitment to his clients and works diligently to help them in any way he can. In his free time, Marc enjoys all that Colorado has to offer including skiing, hiking, golfing, attending sporting events, and spending time with his wife, Hailey. Together Marc and Hailey enjoy playing with their fur baby Lola.

Jon Goldenberg

Jon is the President of Aspen Insurance Agency. Jon attended the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. Upon graduating, Jon received a dual degree in Marketing and Management. Prior to being in the insurance industry, Jon spent time in the retail space as a buyer for Dick’s Sporting Good Headquarters. Jon specializes in applying his expertise and industry knowledge to make sure each client's insurance needs are properly met. Jon's passion for insurance and protecting his clients transcends every facet of his work! In his spare time, Jon enjoys watching college sports, playing golf and spending time with his family and friends.

Hailey Bachmann

Hailey was born and raised in the suburbs of Houston, TX with strong family ties to the East Coast. After graduating from George Washington University in Washington DC, Hailey began her career in the tech sector working for Oracle Corporation in Austin, TX. Following her time at Oracle, Hailey had the opportunity to move to New York City where she worked for LinkedIn, during which they were acquired by tech giant, Microsoft Corporation. Since moving to Denver, Hailey has spent a number of years in the insurance industry, doing what she loves most - helping others. Among other roles at Aspen, Hailey specializes in providing high-net-worth insurance solutions to our Aspen Private Client (APC) clientele. Outside of work, Hailey enjoys spending time outside with her husband, Marc and their rescue dog, Lola.

Matthew Hiddle

Matthew is a Colorado Native with a passion for serving others. He is a graduate of Metropolitan State University in Denver, CO and has been a part of the Aspen Insurance Agency team since 2013. Matthew takes great pride in safeguarding individuals, families and businesses. His goal with every family or business is to maximize their coverage at an affordable rate that fits their budget. When he’s not working to protect others, you can find Matthew spending time with his wife and four children or out on a baseball diamond.

Josh Mason

Josh was born in Wyoming but grew up in Broomfield Colorado. Josh joined the Navy, serving in Desert Storm as a Gunners Mate on a Fast Frigate. Josh earned his bachelor's degree in business management and his master's degree in management. Josh's professional career has been focused on sales, management, and education. He has spent 20+ years in sales management, 8+ years teaching business classes to adults earning their associates and bachelor's degrees, and finally 10+ years in financial services and insurance. Josh takes pride being able to help protect individuals, families, and businesses from unforeseen circumstances. With Josh's diverse background in B2B sales and relationship management, and education, he is well poised to identify the right coverage for his client and educate them on what they need so they understand their policies and coverage. Josh has been married to his wife Gail for 25 years and they have 2 children that he is very proud of. His daughter is serving in the US Coast Guard and his son is serving in the US Navy. In his free time, Josh loves concerts and hearing live music, staying active and healthy, reading, and enjoying movies with his family.

Harris Levine

Harris was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He attended the University of High Point in North Carolina where he received a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. He did all of this while being a Division I Lacrosse player during all four years. After graduating college, Harris headed out west to California where he gained experience in both marketing and sales. While in California, Harris realized he wanted to experience a different culture and decided to join some family in Colorado by making Denver his new home. Harris moved to Colorado in early 2018 and has loved it ever since. Harris made the choice to enter into the insurance business in hopes of furthering his lifelong passion for helping others and he could not be happier with his decision. In his spare time, Harris enjoys fly fishing, playing sports in Wash Park and heading to the mountains on the weekend.

Celina Cooper

Celina brings nearly 20 years of office management and customer service experience to the Aspen team. Although Celina most recently spent some time in the corporate world, her specialty is working in a small business atmosphere where her wealth of knowledge assists her in ensuring that the right tools are in place to get the job done efficiently and correctly. At Aspen, Celina’s primary focus is to provide our team with the necessary support to make certain that each client receives the proper amount of time and attention needed to ensure that they are well protected. Celina's passion is to both help others while also helping them develop and better help themselves. In her spare time, Celina enjoys antique shopping with her husband, reading, and spending time with their children and grandchildren.

DeeDee Esser

DeeDee was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI. While serving in the United States Air Force, she completed her degree at Concordia University. DeeDee spent several years teaching but was drawn to the insurance industry after realizing she knew very little about her own insurance coverage needs. As an Account Manager, it is her goal to build trusting relationships with her clients while understanding what each family needs to best protect them.

In her spare time, DeeDee loves to spend time watching her two kids play sports, snow skiing, hiking, relaxing at the pool, watching college sports, or just spending time with her kids and dogs.

Colleen Hause

Colleen emigrated from South Africa and has made Colorado her home for the last 33 years. Colleen has extensive experience in the legal field, which has served her well as an insurance professional. Colleen has been in the insurance industry with a focus in Commercial Lines since 2011. Her commitment to help and service others is a point of pride for Colleen. When not helping clients navigate all things insurance, you can almost certainly find Colleen outdoors- She may be found downhill skiing or mountain biking with her hubby, Tom. Paramount to all, Colleen's true love is being in the open spaces on her Thoroughbred, Colonel Dan

Lara Kliesen

Lara currently specializes in Commercial Lines risks including artisan contractors, habitational, small to mid-size businesses, farm/ranch, and equine exposures with an array of other specialty lines products. Her experience comes from working within the captive and independent agency world along with a unique background in the public sector/special districts realm. She has worked in the insurance industry since 2009 and holds her property & casualty, life and health licenses.

Lara enjoys building new relationships with clients and prides herself in providing excellent service along with a knowledgeable foundation on how to best assist clients with all of their insurance needs.

A Colorado native, Lara is from a rural town in Northeastern Colorado. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from the University of Northern Colorado. Lara is a mother to three boys, Tucker, Bodie and Remington who keep her very busy. When she is not having fun with her children, Lara enjoys being active whether it be skiing, playing softball or volleyball and spending time with family and friends.

Caleb Brown

Caleb was born and raised in Dayton, OH. A proud Ohio University graduate, he has since embarked on a journey that has led him from the Midwest to the stunning landscapes of Denver, Colorado. With a background in marketing for insurance agencies & insurance sales, Caleb has found his calling in the insurance industry.

His experience in marketing insurance agencies in Pittsburgh and across the US deepened his understanding of the insurance industry and ignited his commitment to safeguarding businesses and families alike.

Today, as part of the Aspen Insurance Agency team, Caleb specializes in commercial insurance. His dedication to understanding the unique needs of each client, coupled with a results-oriented approach, has consistently earned him recognition as a trusted advisor in the industry. Caleb’s mission is to provide peace of mind to businesses by crafting comprehensive insurance strategies that protect their assets and promote growth.

Outside the office, you’ll find Caleb on the softball field, conquering mountain trails, carving through fresh powder on a snowboard or camping. These adventures are all more cherished when shared with his wife Alexis, their daughter Peyton, and their German Shepherd, Scout.
