I’ve owned Aspen for more than 25 years, and my attitude has always been getting to know who my clients are and what’s unique about them. To me, that means listening and caring about their needs, not just selling a policy.
I believe it’s important that our clients know we answer our phones and are there to provide immediate service. Because we’re brokers, we have access to many plans. We use state of the art technology to find policies that provide the right coverage at the best price.
A TIP that I like to share: Buying insurance is a two-way conversation. New and changing risks are emerging that may impact your business. When talking with an agent, make sure they’re asking lots of questions about the details of your business and not just putting you into their policy of the day. Sometimes it’s the little details, that if overlooked can cause significant liability issues.
